Marina Kamendrovskaya

Marina joined Lex Analitik team in February 2008.

Prior to joining the Company Marina had worked for different commercial and financial organizations, including insurance companies, as a lawyer and later as Head of the Legal Department.

Education:

• Adilet School of Law, Degree in Law (Hons);
• Certificate of Competence as a Lawyer-Interpreter by Higher School of Law “Adilet”;
• “International Accounting Standards” courses organized by the Centre of Accountants and Auditors, Almaty, Kazakhstan;
• Certificate in Accounting

Experience:

• Preparation of written legal opinions in relation to tax law, currency regulations, customs and labour law;
• Preparation of both internal and international draft agreements, contract, memoranda;

• Consultations on labour law;
• Legal support of real estate transactions;
• A wide range of legal support of the Company’s Clients’ business activities.
