• Representation of Client’s interests when contesting the legality of the actions of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in case Clients are held accountable for the violation of Currency Law;
• Drafting of currency agreements;
• Due diligence of currency transactions to ensure their compliance with Currency Law;
• Notification of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its regional branches about any currency transactions made by our Clients;
• Legal assistance in licensing currency operations;
• Legal assistance in registering currency operations;
• Assistance in obtaining certificates of registration from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Assistance in notifying the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan about the discontinuation of currency operations.
