Lex Analitik Training Centre would like to invite you to attend our seminar on “State Inspections. Effective liaison of businesses with state authorities” to be held on May 20^th - 21^st, 2011 in Almaty.

The purpose of the Seminar is to teach you how to effectively communicate with controlling state authorities in order to stay on top of the situation and to generally control the process of state inspection. The Seminar will also examine in detail the guarantees and rights your business is entitled to under the relevant Legislation, to ensure that desirable inspection results are achieved.

The new Law ‘On state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan’ came into force on January 6, 2011. The Law prescribes the unified regulation of the supervisory and controlling activities of the state: It sets the format, principles and objectives of state control and supervision; it describes the types and permitted frequency of state inspections as well as the rules and procedures for their conduct. The Law also prescribes the rights and obligations of both the competent state authorities and individuals/legal entities under state inspection.

Advantages of the Seminar: comprehensive examination of the issue of state inspection, giving due consideration to the changes introduced into the Legislation on January 6, 2011. More specifically, the legal aspect of the Seminar will study the legal aspects of state inspections; meanwhile, the psychological aspect of the Seminar will deal with issues relating to effective communication with representatives of state authorities during state inspections’.
