Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Agreement on strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Italy" adopted.

The agreement on strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Italy concluded in Rome on November 5, 2009 was ratified on April 18, 2011.

The cooperation between the countries aims at strengthening peace and facilitating and promoting security and stability in Europe and Asia. The countries strive to develop cooperation in tax related issues, banking sector and nuclear power industry.
