Certain amendments have been introduced to the following Codes and Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

March 3, 2011: Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 212-III dated January 9, 2007;

March 25, 2011: Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget’ № 99-IV dated December 10, 2008 (the Tax Code);

March 25, 2011: Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (General Part) adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 27, 1994;

March 25, 2011: Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 481-II dated July 9, 2003

March 25, 2011: Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 442-II dated June 20, 2003

March 30, 2001: Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 409-I dated July 1, 1999 (Special Part);

March 24, 2011: Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Private Enterprise’ № 124-III dated January 31, 2006. Typesof state control and supervision.
