The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan’ № 377-IV dated January 6, 2011 is adopted.
The Law prescribes the legal framework for the process of state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan and aims to set common rules and procedures for their conduct. It also intends to protect the rights and legitimate interests of both state authorities and individuals/legal entities under state control/supervision.
