Purpose: To ratify the European Agreement supplementing the Convention on Road Traffic (November 8^th, 1968), which was concluded in Geneva on May 1, 1971.

The Vienna Convention on Road Traffic is an international treaty designed to increase road safety by standardising the uniform traffic rules.

The Convention was agreed upon during the UNESCO Conference on Road Traffic (October 7, 1968- November 8, 1968)
