Recent amendments into certain regulatory legal acts

The amendments have been introduced into the following regulatory legal acts:

Decree by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 № 331 ‘On certain issues relating to the export of light distillates, light-end products and gasoil from the Republic of Kazakhstan’.

Decree by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2010 № 1350 On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On the Republican Budget for years 2011-2013’

Decree by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2010 № 1729 ‘On the approval of the Rules for organising and carrying out procurement of medicines, preventive products (immunobiological, diagnostic and disinfecting), healthcare products and medical equipment as well as pharmaceutical services under the free public healthcare programme’.

Decree by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 209 № 2030 ‘On the approval of the Rules for reimbursement of expenses incurred by healthcare organisations with public funds’.
