Ministry of Justice has approved the Regulations on the notarial record keeping

Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 23, 2011 № 294 "On Approval of the notarial office management" has been prepared and signed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Notary".

Instruction regulates and refines the organization of work with documents and notaries of the electronic notary's registry in the Unified Information System (hereinafter - the electronic register of ENIS).
