Joint project of Lex Аnalitik and «NJ Company» on holding of training seminars

The training will cover the main issues of obtaining visa, work permit, residence permit and citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, distinctive features of salary payment, business trip and other compensation payments for foreign employees. The main attention will be focused on possible risks associated with hiring the foreign citizen: liability for violation of established rules for attracting foreign employees and violations of residency regime provided by administrative and criminal legislation of Kazakhstan.
