Julia Erlykina

Julia Erlykina started her professional career working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, where, as a member of the Russian delegation, she took an active role in the work of various international forums.

Due to the nature of her work Ms. Erlykina has gained considerable experience in liaising with both the Russian state authorities and the governmental organisations of foreign countries, including CIS member states. In particular, her duties include liaising with the Foreign Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ms. Erlykina was involved in the organisation and implementation of international projects to promote the cooperation of the state and businesses, including cooperation in subsoil use and investment projects.

Experience: 

1. Drafting and coordination of international bilateral memoranda/acts on current affairs;
2. SLEPT analysis of current affairs;
3. Speech writing for  the senior diplomatic staff on current affairs (interviews, presentations, public appearances);
4. Organisation of major international conferences and seminars;
5. Political analysis of written publications on current affairs.
