Senior Associate, Training Centre Manager

Having started her professional career in 2001, Ms Kamendrovskaya has since gained invaluable experience working with both local and foreign companies. Her experience includes advising foreign companies on entering the Kazakhstani market, providing tailored legal advice on complex foreign trade transactions, representing clients’ interests before state authorities and in court as well as counselling businesses in relation to various legal issues.

Marina specialises in international, civil, employment, tax and financial law. She provides legal assistance when obtaining licences and permits, including permits to engage foreign labour, and is experienced in representing clients in court with regard to disputes relating to the violation of international, employment and civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2006 Ms. Kamendrovskaya has been involved in training activities, lecturing on issues relating to foreign labour in Kazakhstan, state inspections, tax regulations, subsoil use, to name but a few.

Marina oversees the work of the Lex Analitik Training Centre which regularly holds publicly available and corporate seminars, monitoring the compilation of the presentation and hand out materials for all its participants.

At present Ms. Kamendrovskaya successfully counsels Lex Analitik Clients on a variety of legal issues related to doing business in Kazakhstan. Some of her duties in the Company include the provision of legal advice on tax, currency, customs and employment law, assisting in drafting various agreements, contacts, memoranda as well as conducting due diligence of legal and financial documentation.
