Lex Analitik Training Centre would like to invite you to attend our seminar on “State Inspections. Liaising effectively with state authorities” to be held from 20th - 21st June, 2011 in Almaty.
The purpose of the Seminar is to teach you how to use your rights effectively so that you can stay on top of any given situation, to control the process of inspection and to generally feel calm and confident prior to and during state inspections.
The Seminar will examine in detail the new Law ‘On state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan’ which came into effect on January 6, 2011. You will learn about the safeguards guaranteed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and put in place by an officially prescribed set of procedures in order to protect businesses against unlawful action by the state.
Advantages of the Seminar: comprehensive examination of the issue of state inspection of a business. More specifically, the Seminar will focus on the changes introduced by the new Law ‘On state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan’ dated January 6, 2011. The effect of the new Law will be examined in detail with a case study of the state inspection process, carried out by the labour regulatory authority and state environmental agencies. The Seminar will also look at state inspections which are not regulated by this new Law, i.e. inspections by Tax authorities and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
