Corporate Debt Collection: Efficient debt recovery in the corporate sector

Lex Analitik Training Centre would like to invite you to attend a seminar entitled “Corporate Debt Collection: Efficient debt recovery in the corporate sector”.

The seminar will take place on 16-17 May in Almaty.

Duration of the seminar: 9 am to 6 pm

Objectives of the seminar:

• Human rights legal practices (PRаво) as the basis for corporate debt collection.
• Types of warnings for debt collection purposes. Methods of using warnings and consultations: description, demonstration, implementation.
• Preparing an effective claim documents package.
• Fundamentals of single point distribution of information and media relations.

•      Potential optimisation of legal practices for corporate debt collection.

• Potential for improvement of enforcement proceedings.
• Bankruptcy: main problems and new solutions. Overcoming debtors’ resistance in the course of bankruptcy proceedings.
• Criminal proceedings of corporate debt collection.

• Daniyar Tenelov – graduate of the Kazakh State and Law Academy (was entered into the Gold Book of KazGUA), partner of the well-known legal company “Sayat Zholshi & partners” , Deputy director of Restructuring Department of “BTA Bank”, Managing director of Debt Collection Agency “USB Collector Kazakhstan LLP”, Arbitrator of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in Kazakhstan, training specialist on taxation, corporate debt collection and bankruptcy, author of more than 50 publications on taxation issues, arbitration, subsoil use and corporate debt recovery.
